New graph editor tool for Carrara

So I was just sitting here trying to figure out how to do something and I had this idea. Wouldn't it be great to have a tool that could push the keys in the graph editor. A circular cursor (or whatever shape you wanted really) that you could change the size of. It would give you a whole new way to sculpt motions. 

I've also been thinking it would be nice to have independant horizontal and vertical zooms in the graph editor.
