The crook & Flail for M4 seem to be Platinum Club (DAZ+) freebies once available here https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/8880/ (but I can't check, not being a member)

From what I can piece together from forum posts, there's a crook & flail in an old PC Club freebie called "Pharoah's Fantasy." They're still available to Daz+ members, you need to find the link on the first page of this thread: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/8880/daz-platinum-club-freebies-reloaded/p1 (only accessible to Daz+ members). I've downloaded the files to check that they're still there, but not installed them as I'm in the middle of some big renders.
I don't think I'm allowed to pass the links on or post them in a public forum, sorry.
It's a bit rubbish if, with all the Egyptian-inspired products produced over the years, a hook and flail hasn't featured in any of them.

Having looked a bit deeper, a crook & plail are supposed to be bonus items in the Genesis 3 Egyptian megabundle, where it says:

Yes, but I still use V3 + 4 because the new figures came out so fast I couldn't keep up. I decided thaI didn't need the epense and hassle.

In which case there's a chance you may be interested in ways of using newer stuff on V3 (or V4). There is an awful lot of free stuff for G8F, and generally has quite good quality material. I still regularly use a V3 character (Jim Burton's Glamorous Vickie 3) but wanted to use a wider range of poses, clothing and hair than fitted to the unusual morph. As a result, I came up wih a pose transfer script from G8F to V3 and a way of converting V3 into a Native DS TriAx figure and creating autofit clones for V4, G3F, G3M, G8F and G8M so V3 and the Generation 3 characters can wear the new stuff too.
