A Collada request for the new DAZ Studio 4.9

Is it possible to incorporate an Open Collada feature in the new version? I spent most of yesterday trying to export a collada figure from DAZ Studio 4.8 into Marvelous Designer 5 and it failed each time. I talked to the tech folks over at MD yesterday and they said that the DAZ Collada is not an Open Collada, even though the extension reads as such and, therefore, will fail. I know nothing about coding and stuff, but am wondering if this is possible to do. I can tell you that my DAZ dollies worked just fine in MD3 but as MD4 came out, they stopped working, so I'm assuming that MD went strictly Open Collada. Someone also said they have trouble getting the collada dollies to work in Maya as well. Anyway, that is my request! Thanks for the listen. Denise
