Hair and clothes for 3d Universe Toon Baby

Want to make a doll charcter from 3d Universe Toon Baby, but can't find any options for hair and clothes. Tried other hairs but they do not work, even manually. Any suggestions?

That's new one for me, lots of stuff for older toon figures. Looks like they are having trouble with thair web host, according to the home page. They might be back up and running "later"...

So sorry about that. I didn't check the front page. 

I am able to download some stuff from this page  http://trumarcar.francemi.net/pippin_tc.htm and from http://trumarcar.francemi.net/toons_tc.htm

 You may be able to find some hair and hats you can make look pretty good since many of the toon characters have similar head shapes.

I was also able to download the following outfits:
