Iray animation it stops

it goes smoothly 30 secs a frame ( I limited samples and time) then just stops, I have no idea why
has happened twice now on DS4.9 beta
I cancelled and attached logfile
repeats this

it says gpu load 99%
memory used 2298
your card has 6 GB ?
somethings wrong here
the GTX 760 you are also using
can it behave as a bottleneck ?
what is shown on the first side of gpu-z as memory size ?
Well I disabled the 760 in Iray
it is only used in Octane in DS4.7 as I will not pay to upgrade the plugin
I sometimes use it in Carrara octane if load below 2GB as easier to do on the fly for extra cuda cores but on GPU-Z in iray it is zero
as I said it renders fine until 48 frames
I am now redoing my render with. HDRI no cyclorama mesh or grass and its still going at frame 87 as I post
This seems to be since upgrading to 4.9
It stops now at 88 frames after applying iray uber shader to all surfaces
just the fox with rigged fur renders all 800 frames
and it fits on my 760 in DS4.7 Octane render 1.2 so not a size issue card wise
the fact it renders frames before stopping to me suggests DS 4.9 is accumulating data somewhere as it goes a memory leak
the last image is DS4.7 Octane frame 90 and still going fine
I really want to solve this as wish to animate using iray and it happens quite often lately not just this scene
I have discovered something
my files are gone, my rigged fibrehair fox fur support asset is gone, my scene and scene subsets load as cubes
I rigged stuff before too in DS4.9 and suspect those gone too, is the common factor, I have no database as using valentina and older Carrara so the new system prob hates me
Stuff saved from DS4.7 is fine
which is why I shall keeep using it for content creation not the beta
