Looking for some sort of pet store.

Trying to find something I can use as a pet shop. So far Daz store has come up empty, and looking at other sites all I've been able to find are a few pieces in non-native formats (Which means I'm wary since transferring them to daz is sometimes hit or miss), and a few things that are WAY too expensive to justify. (I think I saw one that was a full shop, but was priced at something like 700 usd?). Anyone know of any actual pet stores around or in the works?

There's a vet clinic over at Renderhub that looks like it might fit your needs.
What kind of pet store are you looking for? One that sells supplies, or one that has small animals as well? Could you make the grooming spa work? https://www.daz3d.com/dog-spa
I guess that wasn't very descriptive in hindsight. What I'm looking for is something more along what you'd see in a chain store (Like a petsmart or something) - a place that sells mostly food, toys, etc for pets, plus maybe a few small animals. The dog spa wouldn't work very well. The vet clinic is a little better in that it has the supplies sort of stuff you could put on a shelf though. Maybe if I was able to take a larger style store building, and stock it with the supplies from the vet clinic it might work. I'd just need to find some more small pets (and cages probably) to fill it out. I do have some fish already, maybe find some small rodents (Gerbils, hamsters, that sort of thing?) and it might do well.
Thanks for the vet clinic suggestion - it's not quite right, but it has a lot of the pieces I was looking for.
I think this is a similar issue to the person looking for a tech store the other day. It seems like outside of convenience stores there aren't a lot of products for more specialised stores and so you are most likely going to have to find an empty one and fill it with props yourself. Hopefully, these threads do show that there is some interest in such products and they do help a PA come up with an idea that would help and also be cost-effective to make :)
the old Redhouse magic shop could work
If your store will have fish for sale there is this set: https://www.daz3d.com/goldfish-and-props
There's this cage for birds: https://www.daz3d.com/parrot-cage
These bundles have cages, but require the rodent https://www.daz3d.com/daz-rodent

A few more ideas:

Thanks so much for all the suggestions. Now I just need to find a decent building as a base (There's ton's of those available, thankfully) and I should be able to combine a lot of this stuff together to make something pretty reasonable. Of course I was hoping something like this already existed, but the market for them is probably small enough that it's not worth a PA's time to build. At least enough pieces exist to throw something together.
Thanks again.
The upside is that what you put together will be completely unique!
As for repurposing an existing, different sort of store over... depending on what sort of size or shape you want for the place, one of these might work.

The thing about stores is, a lot of times they'll start out as something else, that place then closes and someone else comes along, takes over the location and reworks it to fit the new purpose. At that, some of the product stands from the convenience store could be pulled over into one of the other builds, then place pet supplies and pet-snacks into the shelves.
edit: Here's some more that might work.

And in a semi-related note, some LED signs might be worth throwing in to the project, too. https://www.daz3d.com/led-signs
