Have you tried using the glow channel ?
Are you talking about the glowing details? If so, then Philemo is correct as usual!
If you are talking about the highlights, then you would use the Highlight/Shininess channels in the shader. If you are using a pre-made model, such as something from here at DAZ 3D, then I would look for a specular map in with the figure's image maps, and add that to the Highlight channel and a 1-100 numeric slicer in the Shininess channel and set low, maybe 4% to start. If there is no specular map, you could use the bump map or even the color map in the Highlight channel.
