tif,jpg,hdr for environment map...

just noticed that tif. format is used as default for omnifreaker's uberenvironment2 map, but there are jpg and hdr format in the same texture folder too, what are they used for?

tif is a leftover from the days when 3DL didn't natively accept hdr maps. Jpg are 'backdrop' only images...
Don't use either of them for lighting. HDR is the one to use.
