Sky & materials Labs won't open

I'm running Win 7.  After moving some folders out of Presets (before I learned that I shouldn't), all of the editing features for objects or terrains plus Sky Lab and Materials lab wouldn't open. I uninstalled everything, deleted all the original folders, redownloaded everything and reinstalled but they still don't open.  Help!
