Victoria 4 in the Unity Bootcamp demo(Unity Free).
Not the greatest hair, but I have achieved better results with different hair props.
The second pic is an old one with a better hair prop/texture.

I've often thought of converting some of my models into FBX and using them in Unity Decimator does a pretty good job but haven't tried the new DS4.5
