Save part poseses

Hello!
Im quite new to the programe and community so i hope im asking in the right place

I want to save an arm pose but dont know how. Can't find anything on the internet except for this - a hand pose guide not the whole arm:

But it is and old topick with a very old version i suppos and things dont match or at least i cant match them.
So can someone guide me how to save left arm and right arm separately. Would be nice to know how to save leg poses as well

I know how to save the whole pose but cant figure out separate part poses

Almost the same... First uncheck all. For both arms, check Left Collar and Right Collar only (if you don't need hands and/or fingers poses, expand and uncheck them...). For both thighs, check Left Thigh Bend and Right Thigh Bend (if you don't need feet and/or toes poses, uncheck them...)

I was able to save only the arms and legs.

I was searching for arm or hand not collar.

In DS, the nodes -: Left/Right Collars > Arms, Left/Right Shoulder Bend > Upper Arms, Left/Right Forearm Bend > Forearms, Left/Right Hand > Hands...

Not sure what 'arms' you meant but just tick what you need correspondingly.
