sample keyframes in daz?

greetz members,

i have a keyframed animations which need sampling(add all keyframes) between frames. i hv no problem key every single of them manually but not with large numbers, say >100 frames... i dont wish to purchase any plugin such as graphmate o keymate to do that either... any idea?thx!
