Is there a way to change the colors of the greyed out but selectable parameters?

I am constantly straining my eyesight when clicking some of the greyed-out parameters.  Is there a way to make them visible? or change the color?  Thanks

Try Window>Style>Customise Colours, though I can't recall which colour is needed - but be wary as it is easy to make changes that will make somethign else using the same colour harder to spot. I don't, however, believe it is possible ti change the font.
