How do you contact someone if the download isn't complete

I purchased "Z My Smartphone Mega Set"....states that the options for the phone are G8F left, G8F right, G8M left, G8M right. It ONLY goes in the right hand (only one icon to choose from).
Don't see a support email on most things I buy here.
How does one get a hold of the supplier?

You open a support ticket, if they can't resolve the issue they will contact the PA - that way the PA doesn't get flooded with dozens of the same report, possibly while trying to work on a fix.

I suggest you try re-installing the product as there are icons for the left and right hand in there.
