Once again after several days of functioning, when prompted "Are you sure you want to change your subscription?", the "Continue" buttons for both Daz+ & Daz Premier both do nothing. And that's after attempting it in different browsers, enabling cookies, and logging out and back in.

Now it's fixed again. Back on Daz+ for the next month.

So, some tweaks to the Product pages. Price info shows current price, then original price, then, underneath, a "You Save" flash and the amount you (would) save. The perentage reduction, if any, is now a tag over on the promo image. I don't know, I would rather see the percentage with the price.

    I agree.

It is disturbing to have to look at a different place to see that.

Ugh, thumbnails, too. Refreshed the main shop page, and all product listings now have this new format.

Hate the new "you save" section andwhen are they going to fix the cookie opt in that shows up on EVERY page and you can't get rid of it.

  • I could have sworn Daz tried putting the emphasis on $ savings vs % savings before, and gave up on it. Is history repeating itself, or is it just deja vu on my part?

Reminds me of those coupon booklets you used to get in the mail. "$5000 in SAVINGS!!" (if you spend $25,000)

I think there was some A/B testing - some people had this layout (approximately) while others had the old layout (then it may have swapped). If so, presumably this version actually worked better.

I have no idea if this is the right thread for this feedback!

All products in the store are now showing a format like this:

    Product Name
    $22.22 $33.33
    You save $11.11

Totally understand the need to communicate the sale price / savings to shoppers. The problem is there are *so many* products on sale at any given time, this drastically multiplies the amount of information for shoppers to parse, compared to the old format with less text. Also, three dollar values presented together makes all the numbers feel less important (since they are effectively competing for importance), compared to the bottom dollar and a shiny red percentage the Daz store showed before.

Personally, I don't care about the list price for each item until I click into it - my bottom line when shopping is how many real dollars I have to trade to get a fun new item. Seeing the savings expressed as xx% off right next to that bottom line is the fastest way to pique my interest.
