Absolute Pinning ??

Is it possible to add an 'Absolute Pin' to part of a character during animation creation.  The Pin Translation and Rotation work loosley and produce annoying 'jiggles' during animation playback.  I believe Poser 10 has this feature.  Any help appreciated ...

The Active Pose tool is more rigid in its pinning, but can be used only by dragging in the viewport so is less flexible.
