unable to pin panes in activity

I am using the style "darkside" in DAZ 4.8. I created 2 new activities, but i am not able to pin a pane neither in the middle nor at the edges. in the existing activities is not a problem. What am I doing wrong?

Check Window>Workspace>Lock Diocking/Undocking isn't checked.
