Looks like a nice bundle but unfortunately the incentives are meh. Have it in my cart but probably won't checkout without a banner coming along.
Oh, and I really hate that they've excluded DAZ originals from that 20% spotlight item discount.

I like the face, she reminds me a bit of meghan markle.
I'm also glad that the alternate shapes aren't a freaking exclusive and are being sold as a add on and isn't tied to the pro bundle, that really pissed me off with the release of Olympia. I don't have any money atm but I will buy the morph and the alternate shapes when I can afford them.
I like her skin tone - I can do with Kala for the time being, thou - and I agree she's a bit Meghan Markle. First original G9 character I'm going to skip on release day in a while. I'll wishlist her and buy the regular glasses pack instead. The dforce Spring Outfit for Genesis 9 looks also really cool for editorial street photography. Wishlisted as well.
I like the character okay, but I don't do enough contemporary renders to make the bundle really worth it for me.
In general I like older characters, but the older Olivia looks like she was just made to look older
The bundle, the morphs and the add-ons are interesting, but Olivia 9 looks a bit too familiar... Olympia's sister? Her mouth is very wide, and she has these small eyes that most of the recently released base characters have, like Joan, Kala, or Olympia. I see a little resemblance to the Duchess too, but not much.
I would have been much more interested in a new male base character.
Olivia is okay I think, not exceptional, but certainly usable. I really like the hairs and outfits in the bundle though. Not completely sold on the SUV, the doors and interior look a bit crude, so I'd be careful with that when making close-ups. But, I'm still debating whether I'll bite. Those hairs and outfits really look awesome, but they're G9 only. Clothes and hair converters from G9 to G3 and G8 can't come soon enough!
At $40 for the bundle, the additional benefits should be much better. I did fill up a cart to see how it would turn up and not impressed with the results.
MMs face haunting me in Daz is definitely not a thing I'll ever want nor need, so it's a hard pass.
Really, this figure does look disturbingly similar, ewww...
I don't actually see it as a $40 bundle. I see it as a $42 bundle because I threw in an extra article.
There are some additional discounts on other things from buying the bundle, but they're mostly V4 and M4, which are somewhat interesting, but not exceptionally so either. The discounts on older bundles I just ignore: if I didn't buy them, then I probably already wasn't interested in them, or only bought some pieces of their contents, making the bundle even less interesting because I already have the good bits.
That last also goes for the Daz+ bundles: I already got the most interesting bits (usually when they released), so paying $9.99 for the remaining 2 pieces which I already didn't buy at $2.99 a piece either is a no-go. These bundles should totally be discounted for those who already have most of their contents.
Pass.
Yeah. Only the "Daz Original Legacy Bundles" gets good enough stacking discounts, but alredy owning 30-60% of the included products in all the interesting bundles, makes it no deal without the "Get it for just the price of the Items you don’t own"
This is stupid and irrelevant, but "pregnant, old, and young" makes me laugh. Like she's all these things at once.
"To be young, gifted, and black"
"Booked, busy, and unbothered."
"Pregnant, old, and young!"
She's not my aesthetic, but Daz is always good about returns and I thought I would try out her materials. Purchased her alone and the alt shapes with some tokens.
There seems to be some nicer than average variation to the body textures, but not loving the default load on the face, probably needs that forehead turned down a smidge or two.
Default HD:
(I've got a render cooking where I lined up *all* the realistic Gen9 core ladies ((to date)) to see what range we have, but it was difficult to light fairly, and will probably crash!)
(Sorry, not able to attach images tonight... forum says no, so just the imgur embedded files)
"Olivia 9 HD Pro Bundle is here to take Olivia through her full life cycle" makes her sound like an insect.
An issue, that might be just me, is that the Olivia 9 Makeup product is listed in the Pro bundle but the link on that page goes to an Ooops page and the product does not seem to be avaialble as a sole item. Waiting until that is resolved before going any further.
We have enquired about whether there should be a link, however, it is a bundle exclusive (stated on the pro bundle page) and is not meant to be available separately.
Thanks for the information, I obviously didn't read that bit properly
The senior version is pretty good with the face, the body needs to have some love handles and wrinkles. Upper arms could have some flappy skin. A little more gut.
If you're going to make an old person then make an old person that is 100%.
The sleeves of the empowered outfit look really strange to me. Like there is no arm inside. Puffer jackets don't fold like that. And a baby stroller without a baby? I wonder if that is forthcoming.
Olivia 9 seems interesting although I am not looking for a Megan M clone. I could use her dskin and the m,orph pack. Unfortunateluy I am out on the bundle. My 50% off banner disapearee without me geting to use it so I am out.
An MM clone? No thanks. LOL
Where all the men at?
The recent Mechasar Mega Add-Ons pack includes "refits" of the infamous Caryn and Tobyn that make them look a little more realistic (they still look pretty creepy to me, but then all babies look pretty creepy to me, so maybe that's just part of the realism). It's a lot to spend to get better babies, but I guess it could be worth it if Olivia's new family also includes a giant octopus and a terrifying four-armed demon.
Failing that, there's the Deepsea Baby, which is possibly more realistic than Caryn and Tobyn, although to my eyes it still has at least one tiny foot in the Uncanny Valley.
I have to admit that this was my first thought when surveying the new bundle .. was hoping that this was a sign of a new - and not creepy - baby. Possibly even toddler/very young child, as there's a gap between infant and the existing aging/grow-up morphs, which go down to about age 5. I get that not many babies or 3-year-olds are wielding swords in temples but if you're doing art for other genres, babies and small children are part of the human population.
The promo images don't make Olivia's face look this good, I'm trying my best to find some cash before the price goes up and I miss the debut sale hahaha.
The only thing that confuses me is why the older version is as tall as the default Olivia, she should be at a minimum, a few inches shorter at that age.
@CHWT: That's exactly what I was thinking. Olivia's skin looks excellent; even better in the 'old' version.
Before I had children of my own I was pretty much oblivious to babies, toddlers, and pre-school children unless they made noise. I had no small siblings or cousins. nor did I babysit, so they weren't a part of my life and I paid no attention to them. Once I became pregnant I became very aware of them. They're everywhere!
i like that they did a pregnancy morph and the characters and such are nice. I sort of feel though the whole pregnant morph should of been part of the original body morphs for the generic G9 offered a ways back.
