My system has been unoperable for some time is it possible fo me to download my order.  It will be my pleasure if the features for my download is conveyed to me please as soon as possible.

    Do you mean your computer was broken, and now you have it fixed or you have a new computer, and you want to download and install Carrara again?

    If that is what you mean, then you need to sign into your DAZ user account to access you available downloads and serial numbers. Click the little icon that looks like a person at the top right side of your web browser to sign into your account. Hopefully you remember your user name and password. Your user name should be an e-mail address you used when signing up with DAZ.
