"Identify jacket used in Precious Lady Jewelry promo" might be best, it lets people know what you want to know without going into great length (then you can repeat/amplify the query in the body of the post for people who open multiple threads in tabs).

Usually it is worth trying a search (site:www.daz3d.com/forums/ Precious Lady Jewelry in most search engines) but I just tried and it found only this thread and another where someone had asked and received no reply, so not helpful on this occasion - but that was added at the end of the thread on another topic, so not as likely to get a reply from someone who knows the answer as putting the name of the product in the title.
