What does the readme file say?
If it says redistribution is allowed, then it's okay to post the link. If it doesn't say that, then I'd err on the side of caution and not post the link.
You can try to find if the artist had linked to that file on media fire, which would indicate that the artist had posted it, or that the person who had posed it had permission to do so. It might be possible to use archive.org to show the first, but hard to prove the second.
After playing around with said freebie, it turns out it is for P4Fem... Whoops!
Ah, well... it happens. (Although I do believe CrossDresser will convert wardrobe from P4Fem to A3... but I don't want this to turn into a list of all free wardrobe.)

Sometimes, I feel I'm outdated because I still make stuff for Aiko3. It is nice to see someone still using Aiko3 even Victoria and Genesis are the norm. I converted Aiko3 to TriAx figure just for personal use.
DOn't you dare to feel outdated because of A3!!! She's the best figure DAZ ever released, and it's truly a virtue to support her, even if she's not "trendy"anymore. Hurray for Aiko3! Hurray for Amy!

I just finished the pumps for Aiko3 and Aiko3 LE. It is another 3D modelling exercise for me. It is modeled after the pair of pumps I have. I tried to make it with all quads and low polygon count as possible.

I just finished the Mary Jane shoes for Aiko3 and Aiko3 LE. It is created as a result of someone's suggestion. It "recycles" parts from my previous pumps and sandals models. That's why it can be finished in such short period of time.
