Can someone help me identify the jacket, gloves and glasses of the character featured in this picture, please? Sorry for low resolution but there was no better option.

The top is from Niko Outfit, which is part of why it's good practice to link to the product containing the promo

Yeah, I was gonna say it definitely isn't Niko's outfit. As I was searching, I came across Niko's outfit and also thought it was the original, but then realized it isn't because of the details.

The top is a texture from the dForce Onyx Outfit Textures. This is the outfit.
I have a thunderstorm in my area, so I need to bring down my system, not sure of the glasses.

Huh. It wouldn't have occurred to me that Onyx Goth would have sleeveless textures, because the sleeves are pretty elaborate.
Sade often does textures that exploit that option if the PA put sleeves in, or other areas for adjustments. Of course, many of the texture artists do that for the ladies. But I will admit it was a challenge to find it.
Well done. It takes a keen eye to have made the connection. The promos of the various products are all quite different.
