Runtime Folder not appearing in Content Library

Why is it that I can see my Runtime folder just fine in file explorer but not in my Daz Content Library? Is it something in the way I set it up?

If you mean "Runtime" as in "the Runtime folder from Poser content structure", it is not supposed to appear.
It won't be visible in your Daz Studio libraries as from DS content point of view it's a technical folder like "data", meant to store either technical files used by DS content like textures or Poser content.
In Poser content section it won't appear directly either, only the poser libraries inside of it.
Runtime/Libraries appears as "Poser Formats"
