I bought this, see below... However, when I click the download button on the order page, it does not download, although it clearly acknowledges the sale.

But when I go to my cart, they are asking me to pay again, at the full price ... confused.  Why does the shop not have a way to contact Daz about such queries?

There is a way to contact Daz about such queries: Go to "Help" page (from the main store menu) and use the "submit a ticket" button at the bottom of the page to go to help center (direct link to the help center)

Use the "sign in" button first, then

• to submit a new ticket use the "submit a request" button at the bottom of the help center page.
• if you want to check the status of an existing request, click on your name in the top-right corner once signed in and select "my activities".
