opengl 1.3

I currently install a new windows 7 on my laptop and when I open up daz studio, it saying that daz3d reqiures opengl 1.3 and that my lap top currently running open gl 1.1. What do I need to do to get back the opengl 1.3 or what ever I had in the first place. My daz studio was running on this laptop and another one that I have and it too no longer run dazed.

I believe you'll want to have the latest drivers for your video card installed. This site may be helpful:
