No Refraction in the "beach" Scenes?

Hi,

I'm just looking on the products "Summer Island" and "On the Beach". The last one I alrleady purchased.
But I miss the refraction effect for the water. When I have a look at the promos of "Summer Island" I miss it too.

As I tried to apply it to the water it turned out that it didn't work. As I found out it is suppressed by the normal map the authors used. Wouldn't it be possible to design a more realistic water surface?
