Transferring custom m4 morphs to Genesis and beyond

Has anyone been able to transfer this character:  https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/mh-ash-for-m4/69005/

to genesis with gen x?  I'm hoping to be able to get it onto m6 eventually but I can't get the head over for some reason.  Would it be because it says it's a custom head morph? 

Any help would be great, thanks :)
