Jane Austen lookalike - is it even possible?

I've been tasked to create a Jane Austen figure and it's a headscratcher. Nevermind the figure, the outfit seems impossible. I can't find anything similar that's newer than G2, and I'm hesitant to touch those.
Anyone whose good at kitbashing have advice?
I need it to look a lot like the attached image.

I am pretty sure there are some MFD textures are similar to that
probably most these links dead https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/14676/links-free-textures-for-the-morphing-fantasy-dress-mfd/p1
in case you don't have it

Lots of dead links there.
I found dress I can retexture. I'm still looking for a bonnet and that lacy thing at the top of the dress.
The Regency Bundle has a pretty good general Empire-style dress ( https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-aurea-regina-outfit-for-genesis-81-female) which has the waist at about the right height. You would then need to use other shaders of course, and the top of a blouse or something along with it for the lacy / sheer part. There's one on a modern mini dress that could work, I have to check it's name though.
A frilly cap that could maybe scaled to the right proportions is in the Mother Goose Outfit I believe - yeah, here it is, really waaaay too big and too little frilly, the way it is: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-mother-goose-outfit-for-genesis-8-females. There's also a perhaps useful cap included here: https://www.daz3d.com/bonbon-hair-expansion--accessories , though again not frilly enough unfortunately.
Ah, and here's the mini-dress with the top part that might be usuable: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-halter-mini-dress-for-genesis-8-females.
Edit: By the way, don't be afraid to try the Sensibility outfit sets for G2, they hold up really really well! I've got a recent-ish pic somehwere, with the dress on G8, will check.
... there you go, these were only real quick test renders, mind you ...
Edit: Oh argh, they're actually picfures taken off the screen of my laptop by my iPad, for me to pore over later - That's why they're so weird and blurry, sorry! Still, I hope you can see what I mean. And the bonnets and other accessories to the dress are also holding up really well.
Thanks! I used some of those very assets. I spent the whole morning on this and I came up with this. Aurea dress retestured, the top part of Chiffon Crop outfit, and I used the Universal Dress Victorian maid expansion for the head thing–it's really only the frilly part, but you can't see it from this angle. I'll probably play around with it some more.
Oooh, I love it, it looks adorable! And already a very good match I think. Sorry I was too late to be of any real help. Maybe you can use the frilly maid thingie twice or so, to make it even more frilly? Looking real good anyways, good luck for your project!
I don't think anyone here has mentioned it, but there's a new G9 Regency dress: https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-regency-fashion-outfit-for-genesis-9
I'm aware of that one but it's not the right look. And honestly, it looks to me like something they would wear under their dress in the Regency era.
That would need soemthing to fill the enckline at least, and really it would need an overdress.
