Hey, all-- I am wondering if anyone knows of an old-fashioned, Norman Rockwell downtown exterior asset.

Collective3d and DreamlandModels vendors over at renderosity are going to ge your best bet.
I agree with Collective3d and Dreamland Models but have some sources here on Daz as well:
https://www.daz3d.com/mountain-valley this is a townscape in roughly the 1930s-1950s era.
The following PAs have made sets or items that could be used in vinettes that Rockwell did in the middle 20th C. Some might need some work with grung shaders as looking at Rockwell's paintings, he didn't pretty things up to brand new, but took life as it was.

This is something I keep asking for. There isn't any.
You get helpful replies with lots of links, but the truth is, there is no cozy US small town Main street environment anywhere. I know, I've been looking high and low. The closest is Mountain Valley, which is a setting from Back to the Future, but it's pretty old and shows it. Otherwise, there is some stuff on Rendo, but it's for Poser, old, doesn't look very good, and doesn't really fit to begin with.
I've been using storefronte environments by Polish, and more recently Stonemason. I edit them by removing the floors beyond street level, and retexturing some other stuff.
This is Streets of Paris turned into an Oregon coast small town. The landscape in the far distance is stock photos.
And this one done with New York Stores. Not quite Norman Rockwell, but small townish enough.
Thanks!
Awesome. Thanks so much.
Thanks!
