I would be very eager to spend money on stuff like dirt shader, let it snow, gathering moss for Iray.
While I'm happy with Iray, those sorts of shaders is one thing I _really_ miss about 3DL.
So, vendors... meep?

My ears, open wide. I could keep a team of people busy with all my ideas. it's great to find these clues here.
Heh. Well, SINCE that post, I've developed a pack of procedural shaders. Waiting to hear back from Daz. ;)

The channel labels in the surface tab for procedural shaders were drving me crazy. Maybe they are technically correct but I couldn't make sense out of them so I made this conversion map of sorts. For instance when I think of refraction I think of light traveling through a surface- Reflection is much more direct. Then everything below scaling should reference color 1 and 2.
The exception to these labels is that once you go way high or way low the effect goes all wonky and the labels no longer mean anything. There should be max and minimum levels on half of these. For instance when I go below 0 on Levels DS freezes up.
Anyway I did this for myself but maybe you will find this helpful. Actually you (Will) have gone beyond these settings....but until I figure out the inner workings of the Shader Mixer:
How about realistic food shaders for either iRay or 3Delight? I was looking for a frosting shader in December but found out I had none.
The reason I wanted frosting shader was a close up of a cake I got at RDNA before they closed down. I think it was made for Poser and I wanted it to look bette in DS.
