Poser 7 has become a flasher!

So, P7 keeps flashing me and it's kind of disturbing. Especially the way it grins when it opens it's trenchcoat.....
Anyway, silliness aside. When using P7, and I'm spinning a dial, or rotating the camera around a figure, the whole program will flash white for a second, like it's going to go non-responding, and then it comes back perfectly fine. It's been happening for a while now, but it's starting to get to the point that its ticking me off. Anybody have any ideas on what could be causing this?
I'm running:
Poser 7.0.4.220
Windows Vista, SP 2, 32-bit.
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ 3.00 GHz
3 GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GT 220
Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
EDIT: Poser 7 also goes "Not Responding" for a moment whenever I start the program.
EDIT: I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Poser, to no avail. This is driving me crazy! And it's really making me want to stop using Poser. Any suggestions? Anyone?
