I cant launch DIM after downloading it.

Hi guys, I am currently using a Macbook Air M1 and I am currently on MacOS 13.2. After clicking the "download install Manager" button, I try to launch the DIM but it doesnt allow me and it says that MacOS is unsure if its malware-free. I have a picture attached. What do I do? Thanks in advance for helping.
