Daz Studio feature requests

I've dabbled in Unity 5 game engine and there are some features that I think would work well in Daz.

Terrain - A way to create terrain and then paint height and triplanar textures.

Particle System - create falling rain, snow, sparks or other special effects.

Physics system - Mainly for the particles for collision.

PBR shader based real-time rasterization rendering, SSAO and soft shadows as an option - I think rasterization has gotten pretty close to raytracing quality, enough that the time it takes to render it is worth the small compromise in quality. It also makes creating animations more practical and not require a render farm or 5 Titan X GPUS.
