Create background like this

Hey I am new to daz and currently using backdrop in my renders but I want to create this type of background for my renders can anyone help

    Hi! You can get one kind of gradient backdrop by using the Sun-Sky settings in Render Settings. Start by setting Environment Map to None, turning Draw Dome to On, and turning up the Horizon Blur to give that gradient on the floor area. Then you use the Night color to determine the floor color.

    I don't know of a way to get the reverse, with a darker background and a lighter floor, unless you use a purchased HDRI like the iRadiance light probes:

    I'm a longtime beginner at Daz Studio.  Another possibility could be to create a gradient color scheme in a 2D image editor such as GIMP, Photoshop, even Microsoft Paint/Word (which I just experimented with), etc., and save the image in a file format (png, jpg, etc) that Daz Studio can import into the Diffude color chanel in the Surfaces tab.  In Daz Studio, create a plane Primitive, position it as desired and use the saved image file in the Diffuse color channel for the plane.
