Animate lite

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi, I have the Daz Studio 4.8, but I can not find 'animate lite', what should I do? I'm beginner, Can anyone help me?

    Is it not in Window>Panes(Tabs)? If not, is it listed in Help>About Installed Plug-ins; if is and you click on its entry what is its status, shown at the bottom of the dialogue?
