Installed DS4.8.0.59 but My Library, Runtime, etc. missing!

I have just installed the latest version of DS on my new laptop but there are no folders for runtime, my library, content. I want to install Genesis starter essentials but some folders not appearing under the DS4 directory under 'program files'. These folders were there with older versions. I have installed it manually which always has worked. Do I need an older version pre-installed. On my old pc the last version was for DS4.7. I have downloaded DS4.8.0.55 but not installed as I thought it's not needed.
Have also checked installed DS - on the interface, parameters option, shaders, ligths are there but not the contents option where characters, clothing, props, goes.
Attached image show those files are missing. Are there perhaps other files also missing?

The default directory for conent installation is NOT the programm folder, but C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library
If you have installed your content anywhere else, you need to change this in DAZ Studio Content Directory Database, where you can change/add directories with content.

I am not using the DIM, always install manually. Since it's an .exe it's suppose to install everything automatically to a folder, I had assume. .exe files was easier to install than a zip.
I have installed it the steps it's described here like I have done with the older install as well when installing manually:
(Same steps appeared on screen when installing DS4.8)

I think I have found the problem - content is installed on another path! Will re-install and try again!
OK - My Library & Runtime now under My Documents/Daz3D/Studio.
