Getting "import failed" on all attempts

Purchased the Nemorum Satyr and have tried exporting it in every possible way, both with the bridge and without. Using the exporter gives me an "import failed" window and then imports a super janky version of the model.
Using methods outside of the bridge gives me unusable results as well, I need the hair to transfer over properly.
What am I doing wrong here?
(the model says it's c4d bridge compatible on the sale page)

Is the missing hair the only problem with manually exporting? You could export as OBJ and convert the hair splines to C4D's hair system on top of the FBX.
No, it looks like some of the textures get messed up, as does the rigging. I tried the OBJ to c4d hair system with poor results.
If I had that figure, I'd try it myself. Do other figures import correctly? The fact that it's a standalone figure rather than a Genesis morph might be part of the problem.
What kind of poor results?
I'm curious if the Bridges *ever* worked as they advertise them honestly. I've been using them for a few years and its always one problem or another while the videos say "It totally works!". "Import Failed" on pretty much everything, though in my situations its the Morphs that never come in - not tried hair yet... Can you export them to Splines somehow?
I've actually had great success with the bridges. As is often the case, I'm not sure if I'm less discerning than other users, or if I'm just lucky.
Probably lucky. Except for generic, unrigged props I've had nothing but "I get better results from a Collada export" experiences with it. Most models need their weighting to be addressed, virtually every non-human will have issues with the head/jaw (Recent example, Morphing Python and The Constrictor most of the jaw's weighting is on the Head), anything with spines/spikes WILL NOT function out of the box, and it's a coinflip if clothing will be in a near-usable state. 99% of the time when I export something it says "Import Failed!" and comes in without a Morph Tag regardless of what options I select before. The remaining 1% of the time (DAZ Dragon 3 for example) it'll export SOME of the morphs and then "Empty" morphs for some of the ones that do get exported (Facial expressions mostly). I've even had clothing import without weighting at all a few times.
I tried updating both DS and the Bridge through Install Manager but nothing really changed, other than the program asking me about Joint Orientation when importing.
It probably helps that I've really only used the bridge for G8/8.1 characters, and it's mostly worked great for that.
Yeah, that's probably it. Great support for the humans, "You're on your own lol" for everything else. DAZ Support last told me they don't actually, technically, support the Bridges. Every time I buy something, the "Best way to use your content!" gets shown at the last screen. Come to the Bridges and they're beyond unusable for most products. You saw in the Complaint Thread, trying to get the MilDragon 2 out? The joints are all whacked up, and Morphs don't export unless I do it myself with a standard FBX Export and set up the export rules by hand. But then the thing comes in at a ridiculous scale and the morphs themselves cause issues (More a Cinema problem there than DS's fault, but the initial scaling is definitely the exporter's problem).
Only way I can fix the joints is to delete the morph tag then re-add it later by hand. All this trouble that the Bridges should be fixing for us but aren't
Well progress but not much. The exporter only wants to export from some of the morphs not all of them. None of the facial morphs even show up in the list and I don't know what to do about that :/
