Daz Start up problem

I downloaded everything correctly and watched youtube videos that said to uninstall and restart but i still have the same problem. When i start Daz studio theres no grid or otions to place a figure like in other peoples Program. Its just blank and gray, what am i doing wrong?

For soemr ason you don't have any panes open at all, try Window>Workspace>Select Layout and choose City Limits Lite, which is the default, or another that takes your fancy. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing as - by design - it does not change any settings.
