What are Latest Versions of DS & G3F Starter Essentials?

I am using  DS 4.8.0.59, Genesis 3 Female Starter Essentials package date July 2nd and V7 package date July 16th. Are these the latest versions? According to my DIM they are. (Doing a search on the new forums for "Genesis 3 Female Starter Essentials" is not helpful.)

I am asking because I bought some V7 and G3F expression morphs from Runtime DNA that don't work properly. When I told them so they replied that I probably don't have the most recent versions of DS and Genesis 3 Female Starter Essentials.
