You should have your G9 character and the pose selected when you select the script. The screenshot appears that you not have a pose selected in your content library, but I could be wrong.
I just purchased the product for doing batch poses. When I double-click it from the Scripts menu, I get the error, "Can't find the required base product: Genesis 3 & 8 to 9 Pose Converter. Please make sure it is installed before running the script." I was able to run the Settings dialog box where I assigned a shortcut, but the shortcut gives the same error.
It was indeed installed and "Genesis 3 & 8 To 9 Batch Pose Converter.dse" appears in my "C:\Daz 3D\Applications\Data\DAZ 3D\My DAZ 3D Library\Scripts\Genesis 3 & 8 to 9 Batch Pose Converter" folder. What do I need to set to ensure the program is found when I double-click on it?
Here is the log file for my error mentioned above:

Well if you guys aren't going to help me make your product work, I guess I will have to ask for my money back.
Hi. Sorry I don't always get notified of forum activity. Do you have the base product installed? It is a requirement. Your log says it cannot locate the base product.
I don't know how to determine if the base product is installed. All I know is that I downloaded a file, IM00088686-01_Genesis3and8to9BatchPoseConverter.zip, from Daz and installed the items in the Content folder as I normally would. I reinstalled it again this morning, but now the Settings script won't even display the dialog box. When I tried it, I get this log file:

So it looks like the Settings script is executing, but it doesn't do anything. If I run the app, I get this log file:

I don't understand where it is trying to look for the product.
Note that I upgraded Daz Studio to Ver 4.23.01 yesterday.
Base product needs to be purchased and installed. The batch converter is an addon for the base product, and requires the base product.
Oh goodness! I didn't notice that there was a requirement for this product! Of course, now I see what you mean by "base product"! I will purchase it now. Thanks for your patience with my absentmindedness.
NP. Thanks for the support.
Hi all- I'm having the same issue here... batch converter works fine, single pose converter does not. Windows 11, DS 4.23. I don't use the connect / smart content in DS since I keep getting the "...valid PostgreSQL cms connection could not be established..." message on startup, so I can't even if I wanted to (no biggie there, my content library still works fine otherwise). These scripts are both installed on the same external drive via DIM (since I use several different HD's for content)- Have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared caches, etc. nothing seems to work thus far...?
I checked the log file, and it appears that it's trying to locate/call the script on a different drive from where it's currently installed. I did originally have all my Genesis products on that drive, but had to move some to a new drive due to space. (and there have been DIM/user snafus in the midst of the changes). These scripts are in the batch that got moved. I'm going to try to manually remove the files (from the old location) listed in the "installed files" list in DIM, then unistall and reinstall to the new location again and see if that works...
OK, that didn't work either. I've attached the screenshot of the log file where the warning shows up (about half way down). I ran the batch converter after, and it still works fine and calls the correct location (D:GenesisChars)
Any help is appreciated! Thanks! ~Amy / featherwitch
