What is wrong with 3ds Max?  I just installed it today and got this error and possibly a few others.

I have no clue how to edit that post, but I am trying to uninstall 3ds Max and reinstall it.

 

found way to edit this post.  Uninstalling 3ds Max and reinstalling did not help.

Looks like  you need to install MS Visual C runtimes...version 2012

I reinstalled me visual studio and was able to get max to start.

How do I get genesis 3 and other daz content into 3ds max?
