Bot Genesis Face Faceting issue

Howdy, folks.
I'm using Bot Genesis in Daz v 4.7.012. Notice how the figure looks facetted on the face, particularly around the jaw and chin. Not smoothly curved, regardless if it is rendered or not rendered. Is this a surface/smoothing issue?
I went to the scenes tab, selected the head, then examined surfaces and am not sure where to proceed. Still have alot to learn!

It was subdivision. Changed the resolution from Base to High on the Genesis character, then set subdivision to 2.
