What serial number does Hexagon want?

I have reinstalled Hexagon onto my computer but I can't find the right serial number according to Hexagon. I think I tried about 4 of them from my serial list and none work. What am I supposed to do?

If I recall correctly, it has to be manually typed in.

Of course it has to be manually typed in! I took out my iPad and looked at the serial page on it while I typed it into Hexagon.
Well no, most don't -- we can use "copy/paste." But Hexagon's was fussy.
Run as Admin. Type code in. If it doesn't take, contact support.
Oh, it shouldn't make any difference but Hexagon being an older program, it's one that I tend to install outside of the "My Programs" folder 'cause the OS guards those folders more than the older OS programs did.
