Convert Diffeomorphic Face Morphs to Pose Library?
Is it possible to convert diffeomorphic face morphs to pose library poses in Blender?
After dragging a viseme or expression slider to the right, I can see the Rigify rig moving along with the mesh's face. Next, I select the affected bones in Pose Mode and try to add the new bone's positions to the pose library by hitting PoseLib Add Pose button > Add New.
Problem is that the Apply Pose Library Pose button, with the magnifier icon, does not do anything.
I have tried this same procedure both with the original face bones of the Rigify rig generated by the Diffeomorphic addon, as well as the additional bones that get added when you use the "Add Extra Face Bones" option, under Advanced Setup > Rigging. None seem to work for the pose library.
Curiously, when I manually move the poseable face bones of the rig, and then add the pose to the library, it works as correctly as intended. This seems to be a limitation of the morph sliders, not the rig itself. What is the workflow to make it work?
By the way, using the "Make All Bones Poseable" option before converting the DAZ rig to the Rigify one does not impart any difference that I have noticed, what does it do, exactly?
Also, the reason I am trying to achieve this is to be able to use the pose library for Lip Sync with the Rhubarb addon in Blender.

This should be in the blender forum.
In the daz rig there are some bones that are driven by other bones. For example the pectorals and eyelids. So these bones are driven in blender. This is why if you want to animate them you have to "make all bones posable". And also why to export a pose you have first to bake or keyframe the posable bones, as you discovered yourself.
Be aware that of course the pose will be always relative to the driven position. That is, the pose comes after the driver.
