Some products not showing up in DIM

Anyone else notice that some products they purchase are not showing up in Install Manager? I recently bought "ShinjukuLiving" and "ContemporaryStudioApartment" and neither is showing up in DIM. I contacted DAZ support and they just referenced a link showing how to manually download a product from the orders page of "My Account" (which I already knew how to do - the point was that I wanted the ease of using DIM).

Anyone know what's going on here?

    Can you post a screen cap of your downloads tab in DIM? You may not have something selected that they are tagged under. Some things require multi things be selected to show
