Great stuff, Jean Tinguely would be thrilled if he were still here. The beach setting and some of the machines remind me of a Channel crossing my wife & I made long ago on the now discontinued Hovercraft. At Dover, there were airline style gates (one for beer only), a harbor with a pier, etc. At Calais, the big "low flying ferry ship" (52 cars, several hundred people) just glided up on the beach and plopped down next to the French immigration office (like a large lifeguard station). Fifteen minutes later we were through immigration (twice I guess) headed back to Dover.

Boggling.
