There is a complete difference between the first product and the others.
Ultimate pbrskin manager only works on "pbr skin" shaders: this shader was inroduced for genesis 8.1 and, though it can be used on any character, older chararacters rarely (never?) use it natively.
The other products rely on "iray skin" shader mostly found on g8/g3 characters (but not g8.1). Both are excellent products, thier features are partly similar, but not identical, and it is mostly a matter of personal preferences.
