Well if you can't find what you want at either ShareCG or Renderoisty, then you must be looking for something very special, as those are 2 of the biggest stes for affering freebies, and between them have an amazing amount of free textures for V4.
If you don't mind waiting for this to go on sale, maybe it would work.

Would someone do me a solid and point me in the direction of an African-style cloth wrap? See the man in the example below (the form, specifically, is exactly what I'm looking for). I'll even take a toga-style, over-the-shoulder sheet.
Optitex has something similar, if you can deal with dynamic clothing.
