Recalling an Original Figure By Name - HELP

Well I've gone and gotten too many products in my library. There is an original figure of a kind of sword armed cyborg I guess in a spiked wheelchair. Does anyone remember the name of this figure? I've been dreaming of making a render of it and I guess I bought it too long again to get through the pages of my library to find it. He has a spiked ball or maybe a sword for arms. It's really only a torso with wheels for a lower body. Very  cool and horror/ sci fi.

I would appreciate any help anyone can give me figuring outt he the name. No dice with the site's search engine.
