Postwork Advice

Hello all.  I have a large series of renders (150) I've done for a work office story scene.  The finished renders are a touch dark, so I've been fiddling around in Photoshop making adjustments.  I lack the eye and experience for this kind of thing, and I would appreciate if you could offer any tips on how I could improve the postwork.  I've attached two images with both the before and after versions.  The adjustments to each were the same:

Hue/Saturation Layer -- Saturation +14, Lightness +5

Brightness/Contrast Layer -- Brightness +8, Contrast -14

Levels Layer -- Shadows bumped up to 7

Curves Layer -- Gray point moved to Input 63, Output 71

Thank you very much!

I tend to stay away from postwork if I can help it. I woud suggest playing with the lighting and it's settings more to change the look

Nobody wants to rerender 150 images! The adjustments look good to me.
  • Thank you both

Those settings look good, are you going to create a droplet and do all the images in one go?

Thank you!  Yes, that was the plan, but I actually ended up just re-doing them all.  Took several extra days readjusting the lights, etc. and re-rendering so I'm not sure I made the right decision. frown
